Founded in 2002, in the resort of Altinkum, the Company has gone from strength to strength. From its original beginnings as Real Estate Agents selling for developers, the TTPC Group quickly gained momentum and stepped up into the world of property development. Construction of their very first project was a huge success and was to pave the way for their highly acclaimed future projects.
Complimenting the company's successes in Altinkum, the group expanded their offices to the prominent Covent Garden area of the UK and laying foundations back in Bodrum, began designing and constructing Villas and Apartments in Gündoğan, Yalıkavak and Güllük.
Since 2003, the TTPC Group has built 390 Villas, Penthouses, Duplex Apartments and Commercial Units, implementing a superior quality of build over 49,900m2 of land totalling sales of £55 million. All properties have been built to superior standards and reflect the Company's diligence and expectation of perfection from their businesss associates. Thus the Company winning The Bentley International Award for the Best Estate Agency in Turkey in 2005, 2006 and 2008 as well as the Homes Overseas award for Mount Sarnıç Villas and the Best Property Award for The Asteria Complex, in Gündoğan, in 2006.
