The complex is located in Gundogan centre, close to the seaside and its sandy beach. It is within walking distance to all local facilities including restaurants, shops and transport links.
Gundogan is situated in the northern part of Bodrum peninsula facing Mandalya Bay lying between Turkbuku and Yalikavak. It is 23 kms from Bodrum Centre and 47 kms from Bodrum International Airport. Historically it was known as Farilya, today it is referred to as Gundogan, meaning 'sunrise'. The ancient Lelegian city of Madnasa is close, and the ancient rock formations are still visible to the east of the town.
Gundogan is an active fishing town, also known for sponge diving and for the array of olive and citrus groves. It offers a peaceful alternative to the bustling resort Bodrum, although it has a thriving tourist trade, it still exists as one of the unspoilt corners of the peninsula. The Gundogan nightlife tends to be low key enjoying locally caught fish and the waterside restaurants and watching the sunset. Off the Gundogan coast is Bukuk Tavsan Adasi( big Rabbit Island) where the remains of a Byzantine monastery from 9th AD are available to explore. Peynir Çiçegi Cave is also close for exploration with its many stalagmites and stalactites.
